My passion for leadership excellence, staff development, and culture has spanned over four decades as I worked in management and executive roles in technology innovation. I’ve leveraged my experience leading teams in companies ranging from small start-ups to multi-billion dollar public companies to create a unique coaching program. I understand all sides of the equation, and empathize with many leadership and career challenges that managers face today.
In a safe and private environment, my program explores patterns that impair success, breaks managers free from those patterns, and establishes new patterns for achievement.
I have a direct, no-nonsense style with clients, and am committed to providing a setting where clients are able to bounce around ideas in a judgment free space. I strive to find the perfect balance for clients to maintain self-confidence, while experimenting in unchartered territories - which usually requires a dose or two of good humor!
